Patricia entered the estate cleanout and estate sale industry out of desperation. She was homeless, living in a motel with 2 children and her small scale resell business was just not enough. She was a reseller that sourced items all over the place and posted those items on all major selling platforms. One day she asked herself, “How can I turn myself into a source?” Out of that question, she was able to use her ability to connect with people to scale her business and that was how the estate cleanout & estate sale company was born. The first year was full of ups and downs and figuring out how to efficiently run this scaled up business. Once she figured it out, it was only up from there. With over 500 homes cleaned out and millions of items saved from landfills, she is a proven success.
